Tapton Lock Dr Bike Workshop

With funding from Cycling UK we ran two workshops outside Tapton Lock Visitor Centre in September and October 2025.

For these workshops to carry on in 2026 we will be seeking more funding.

Tapton Lock is adjacent to the Trans Pennine Trail and National Cycle Network route 67.

We have stocks of cables, brake blocks, inner tubes, grips etc to keep your bike servicable all free of charge.

Please note we do not bleed hydraulic brakes at Dr Bike nor do we have stocks of disc brake pads, however we can fit them if you bring them with you.

We provide free bike repairs all year round at our monthly Queen's Park workshop.
